All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

- East Africa (Kenya & neighboring countries): 3–7 business days
- Rest of Africa: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Asia, Australia & Rest of World: 10–21 business days
