At Sculptah, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Free of perfume, deodorant, or any other scents
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates, lingerie, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@sculptah.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sculptah.store with photos of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
